Terms and Conditions


- Bookings
- Bookings may be made online through the CTG website or by email, telephone or post.
- Bookings confirmed by CTG will be allocated suitably qualified Guides to meet the client’s requirements.
- Changes to dates, times, and numbers of clients of confirmed tours will be subject to the CTG Amendment and Cancellation Policy (below 3).

- Payments
- Prepayments and settlement payments may only be made in £ sterling either by money transfer or credit card or debit card.
- Payments may be made online via the CTG website. Payments will be made through a secure ePayments Cardholder Payment Interface.
- Debit card payments will incur no service charge.
- Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% service charge.
- All other payments must be in £ sterling.
- A Booking Administration Fee of £7 is added for foreign exchange transfers to the CTG bank account.
- Prepayments and settlement payments may only be made in £ sterling either by money transfer or credit card or debit card.
- Cancellation and tour numbers amendment
- Refunds for cancelled booked tours will be made on the following basis - Cancellation received and acknowledged by CTG:
- 6 weeks before the booked tour date: total refund
- 4 weeks before the booked tour date: 75% refund
- 3 weeks before the booked tour date: 50% refund
- 2 weeks or less before the booked tour date: no refund.
- 6 weeks before the booked tour date: total refund
- Any unadvised reduction in numbers on the date of the tour will not alter the fee for the booked tour already calculated.
- Refunds made in accordance with the CTG Terms of Trade will be made by £ sterling cheque.
- Refunds for cancelled booked tours will be made on the following basis - Cancellation received and acknowledged by CTG:
- No show
- If the client for the booked tour does not arrive then CTG will:
i. Make no refund
and reserves the right to:

- If the client for the booked tour does not arrive then CTG will:
- Canterbury Tourist Guides Ltd reserves the right to:
- Substitute Guides as necessary, the replacement Guide being of equal qualification.
- Amend the tour prices without notice
- Amend the rate of VAT according to UK Government requirements without notice
- Amend credit card service charges without notice.

- Privacy Policy
- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with
any 3rd parties
